Habitat for Humanity Vietnam is looking for consultants/consulting teams to strengthen our Gender Equality, Disability, and Social Inclusion (GEDSI) capacity.
Objectives
- Integrate GEDSI principles into HFHV’s program design.
- Deliver at least two new housing project proposals by December 2026, with GEDSI analysis, inclusive activities, and disaggregated data/indicators.
Duration & Modality
- 52 working days (Oct 2025 – May 2026, possible extension).
- Mix of remote work + field-based activities (workshops, mentoring, assessments).
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in GEDSI integration.
- Strong background in community development & inclusive housing.
- Proven expertise in GEDSI assessments, gender audits, participatory learning, mentorship.
- Deep understanding of Vietnam’s social context & vulnerable groups.
- English proficiency preferred.
- Experience with international NGOs is an advantage.
