Project Name: Revolving Fund, Technical Assistance for House Improvements- Project Area: Nha Be district, Ho Chi Minh city- Population: 76,985- Implementing Partners: CEPIn an effort to reduce the level of poverty housing in Nha Be, Habitat established a project to assist poor residents access affordable finance to make necessary repairs and improvements to their homes including floors, roofing, toilets and septic tanks.  One of the primary objectives of a partnership with Microfinance Organization CEP was to create a microfinance product that would be accessible specifically for people to ensure their housing was safe and secure.  This project has been completed and successfully evaluated in 2008.Successes to date:-       First Vietnam Corporate held in 2007 with a team from Down Chemicals-       The creation of an accessible microfinance product available for housing-       This project enabled 112 families ( over 500 people) access improved housing, water and sanitation
