Home Partners Since beginning work in 2002 in Vietnam, HFHV has had nearly 4000 home partners.  Rather than being passive recipients of housing and WatSan solutions, our Home Partners are actively engaged in the effort to improve their living conditions.  The immediate and direct involvement of Home Partners not only empowers them but creates a stronger sense of ownership.  Habitat Home Partners not only pay for their homes through an affordable micro-credit scheme, they often contribute labor or “sweat equity” towards the actual construction of their new homes.
