Youth Build the Future Contest
Between the 10th of August and 5th of October, Habitat for Humanity Vietnam (HFHV) wants to invite you to a unique contest, named “Youth build the future”. This contest will be open to youths between the ages of 18 and 25 who have special interest in housing issues in Vietnam as well as photography and filming.
Every year former U.S. President Jimmy Carter and his wife Rosalynn Carter give a week of their time—along with their construction skills—to build homes and raise awareness of the critical need for affordable housing. The Jimmy and Rosalynn Carter Work Project (JRCWP) is held at a different location each year and attracts volunteers from around the world. Vietnam is one of the sites for this build project this year. Winners of the “Youth build the future” contest will participate in the build along with volunteers from around the world.
